It’s simply a legal document that shows the price the buyer is proposing to pay. An offer will include other details, such as the requested closing date, and may also include one or more conditions.

First impressions are very important and it is my job to make sure your house shows beautifully to sell.
As your real estate agent, I will be working with you to declutter your house and stage it to show like a model home.
Showing your house
When it comes to scheduling, we will receive notifications by text, email or phone by our booking agents to accept viewings according to your schedule.
Obviously, I encourage you to be as flexible as you can, as that will enable more buyers to see your house. Weekends, in particular, are popular for viewings.
I realize viewings can be a little inconvenient. As your real estate agent, I will do my best to minimize the disruptions.
