Q: How come you are charging less commission while other agents charge 5%?
A: It is a Seller’s market. I cannot in good conscience charge my client full commission when minimal work is required to sell the property for top dollar. We can schedule a listing presentation where I will evaluate the property and suggest the best Tier required to sell the property for the highest value! Commission structure will be adjusted when the market turns to become a Buyer’s market and large scale marketing is required to sell.
Q: What is included in Base Tier 1?
A: Listing presentation and evaluation of the property to insure it will sell for the highest price possible with that Tier. If so, the client prepares the property for listing with a checklist provided by us. Professional photos will be taken by a photographer and the property will be listed with accurate details. Excellent support/service included throughout, during booking of showings, offer presentation and negotiations. Best suited for properties that already look like a model home or properties that need to be sold as-is.
Q: How do I know which Tier to pick?
A: We can schedule a listing presentation and evaluation to discuss the best Tier that will sell your property for the highest value possible. This can be determined by how much staging is required, what services you will need and how much advertising spending is required.
