If so, the client prepares the property for listing with a checklist provided by us. Professional photos will be taken by a photographer and the property will be listed with accurate details. Excellent support/service included throughout, during booking of showings, offer presentation and negotiations. Best suited for properties that already look like a model home or properties that need to be sold as-is.
